Using a soft touch to certain points, this therapy releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. The client will remain fully clothed, with a weighted blanket if desired. The therapist will first target your concerns and explain the process.
